This is a fixed human heart that was donated for research. The donor was a 52 year-old male with a history of COPD. This heart has had the aorta and pulmonary artery removed past the valve. This heart was filled with shaving cream to dilate the chambers and treated with a light coating of 3D scanning spray before being suspended for scanning. This donation uses reference number: 0069
