More model information2018.04.14 Higanbana/ Red Spider Lily, probably is my most favorite kind of flower recently. “彼岸花 (Higanbana)” is the word for red spider lily in Japanese. “花(bana/hana)” stands for flower; and “彼岸(Higan)” is a word from Buddism, literally means “shore on that side”, which actually means “the afterlife world”. In Japan, red spider lilies are widely used as a symbol of death, seperation, sadness, unluck. They are poisonous enough to kill a baby. There’s also a really beautiful buddhist story about red spider lilies volunteer to bloom on the path to the world of afterlife, to guard and bless the dead when they leave the world. I would really recommend looking that up if you’re interested.
