Logoa on mahdollisesti käytetty lehden markkinoinnissa.
A Helsingin Sanomat logo handcrafted onto a wooden slab. The year the engraving was made is not known. It was found at a flea market in Kokkola in 2016. Picture and text plates were made by hand up until the end of the 19th century when handcrafting was replaced by etching (photoengraving). The logo may have been used for marketing purposes.
The object (pm1502) and 3D model: Päivälehti Museum, Finland (member of Traffic Museums Association). The photogrammetric 3D model may include touch-ups and modeled additions.
