HIJMS Matsushima (Retrofit version)

This is my assumed retrofit version of HIJMS Matsushima in 1910 when she wasn’t sunk in 1908.

Attention points:

-Completely removed the old 320mm canet gun due to a slow rate of fire and too heavy for a protected cruiser

-Main gun is replace by 1 x 20.3 cm/45 Type 41 naval gun

-Change arrangements on the deck

Secondary armament:

-14 x QF 4.7inch rapid-fire

-6 x QF 6-pounder Hotchkiss

-6 x 356mm torpedo tubes

Noted: To avoid political issues, I changed the imperial seal and flags with a variation
