Statue of Saint Elizabeth in Heiligenkreuz. Saint Elizabeth appears there as part of the 37 sandstone figures that adorn the Baroque Way of the Cross or Calvary in Heiligenkreuz. This Way of the Cross was begun in 1731 under the artistic direction of Giovanni Giuliani and later continued by Lukas Troger and Josef Schnitzer.
