More model informationWW2 lined General Khaki jacket.
Made from a wool/tweed and a French seam. It is an incredibly well structured and made garment with a full lining throughout, suggesting it was possibly a World War 2 uniform rather than a World War 1. There is a concealed seam along the arms and arm pits, which was designed to have stopped rubbing/chaffing. There is no visible signs of ranking on it suggesting it was just an ordinary general whom it was worn by. The label on the inside reads “Samuel Brothers” but the label is incredibly worn.
