More model informationA granite block with 12 circular depressions that has been set into the stone wall which forms the eastern boundary of Long Plantation, Holming Beam, near Two Bridges, Dartmoor. The block was a mortar stone reused in a relatively recent wall repair. Its origin is unknown but the number “18” painted in black on its surface suggests previous use by the military or the prison authorities. The cupmarks are best viewed in matcap.
Photos takes during Yule 2018.
