Location: Hotu Cave, Iran.

Age: 9,900 - 7,200 years B.P.

Material: plaster cast.

Dimensions: length, 92 mm; width, 116 mm; height, 72 mm.

Notes: RLA catalog no. 1979rp28 (cast). Complete mandible from skeleton discovered between 1949 and 1957 by Carlton S. Coon. Cast made by the University Museum of the University of Pennsylvania. From the teaching collection of the Research Laboratories of Archaeology, University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Model by Jordyn Gray.
