House E13.3-S (Amara West, Sudan)

This 3D model presents one ancient house dating to around 1200BC, within the walled town of Amara West in northern Sudan.

This house was excavated between 2009 and 2011, with this model created from images captured in 2013. A model of the entire neighbourhoood is also available, as well as of a statue (https://sketchfab.com/models/9babe996ff0741c89e8764544f7173fd) found in the back room of the house.

The model was created by Susie Green, using Agisoft Photoscan and Meshlab, using many thousands of photographs of the architecture taken in the 2013-2015 seasons
