More model informationFinal result, taken from 2 photogrammetric models.
Photos (75 each) of the humerus were taken from two angles: medial and lateral, resting on a table top. Both models were built using Agisoft PhotoScan Pro. High resolution dense point clouds were generated from unaltered and aligned photos and cleaned of background points. The cleaned point cloud was then rendered into a polygonal mesh and exported as a .ply file.
The medial view .ply and the lateral view .ply were imported into the same project window in Meshlab and manually aligned, using the point-based glue tool. The Poisson surface reconstruction filter created a new polygonal model for export as a final .ply file.
