More model information

Based on the same affine heptagons as other models in this family, this model features parallel “hallways” formed by the vertices. The space inside the heptagon is completely filled by these affine heptagonal prisms. Note that only one set of parallel prisms is shown, but they exist on many other axes as well. Most of which are NOT parallel to the initial heptagon plane.

Several “edge cases” are shown in orange. Two pairs of orange triangles are connected by an invisible line rather than a trapezoid. That line is actually a degenerate trapezoid with the non-parallel sides having length 0. The one remaining orange trapezoid is not part of any complete prism, but would be included in the “next level” of the pattern.

This model is based on an asymmetrical vzome model by Scott Vorthmann. I simply added the parallel prisms to his model. Both vzome models are included in the zip download.
