More model information3D printed replacement for an IBM Wheelwriter’s keyboard adjustment lever. These levers have a ‘spring’ section on the bottom, and due to the age of the plastic, it commonly gets brittle and snaps off. I made this replacement in Fusion 360 and tried to get the dimensions accurate.
Printed with ABS filament on a Flashforge Adventurer 3 Tested on an IBM Wheelwriter 3500
Installation: Put the lever in (spring facing away from you) between the two guides. It is a very tight fit but if you compress the spring enough, it should fit. Make sure to print it using a sturdy and somewhat flexible material so the spring doesn’t break.
