The ice worm is a blind ambush predator that lives in the Ice of Sector Zero on 4546B. The creature is so large that is is considered a leviathan class organism. It waits in the ice for prey on top of the ice, and then it digs a tunnel to the prey, tracking it through various vibrations. Then, once it finds prey, it will stab its superheated horn through the ice and emerge. It will then attempt to catch its prey. This species is territorial, shown in various corpses in the Arctic Spires biome.
