Immanuel Church, Ambon, Indonesia - Exterior3D Model
The Gereja Immanuel (MAHS-IDN-MLK-MLT-LHT-S-002-F-0001) was originally built in 1659 on the island of Ambon, Maluku, Indonesia. This church was damaged during a civil conflict in 1999 and subsequently rebuilt. It stands just in from the coast next to the old Fort Amsterdam (MAHS-IDN-MLK-MLT-LHT-S-001), built by the Dutch in the 17th century as part of their efforts to impose a monopoly on the lucrative spice trade from the Moluccas.
A model of the interior of the church is also available on Sketchfab.
