The Jetpack Impaler Skibidi Toilet has a gray color for his toilet, equipped with two Buzzsaws flanking the sides of his head, and six mechanical spears that can seemingly impale and kill any member of The Alliance, excluding all the Titans. In his Episode 58 appearance, he was seen with six corpses hanging from his spears respectively: Three Normal Cameramen’s bodies, One Normal Speakerman’s body, One Large Cameraman’s body, and a Large Speakerman’s head.

The Jetpack Impaler Skibidi Toilet also wore other equipment to improve his capabilities, including large Jetpacks to upgrade his mobility; weirdly, the Jetpacks on this toilet has a barrel shape compared to regular Jetpacks. His Jetpacks are not actually Jetpacks, but rather two large thrusters.

He wears thick, metallic facial protection on his eyes and ears to mitigate attacks, similar to the Vacuum Skibidi Urinal. Two metallic antennas, one on each end, are attached at the top of his toilet tank.
