NPS SEAC collections from the Blackhills site (8CR14). This small carved artifact is part of a donated collection from the 8CR14/Black Hills site in Everglades National Park. Items, including this ornately carved bone artifact, are in curation with the Southeast Archeological Center (NPS Tallahassee). This collaborative project with the Center for Digital Heritage and Geospatial Information at the USF Libraries and the National Park Service, is being undertaken to produce archival digital collections, allowing for the public and the research community to access largely unseen collections.
