3D Model

This a raw mid-resolution 3D mesh of the Martian ground surface near the InSight lander, where scientific instruments (like the SEIS seismometer) will be deployed. Model has been computed using pictures taken by the Instrument Deployment Camera (IDC) and publicly available on JPL’s website (https://mars.nasa.gov/insight/multimedia/raw-images/?order=sol+asc%2Cdate_taken+asc&per_page=50&page=0&mission=insight&af=idc).
