    Cultural property designation : Tamura City Designated Tangible Cultural Property
    It is not confirmed when the shrine was built however, the current Shinto shrine was re-built in 1894. The biggest feature of Isozaki Shrine is the very unique structure where people cannot worship unless going underneath the floor of the Shinto shrine. The structure method of building temples or shrines along with cliff or steep slope is called “Kakezukuri”.
