Diorama of the Jal Mahal (water palace) of Jaipur, Rajasthan. Built on an artificial lake by a maharaja, it appears to “float” above the water when levels are particularly high.

Been wanting to model this for a while, with the Civilization 6 style in mind. This is technically attempt number 3, where I had previously had one attempt in 3ds Max before i moved to Blender and one attempt afterwards before I got the hang of substance painter. As a testament to how much I’ve improved this was completed in 3 days, a big improvement over never finishing at all.
