How to tell broken: On Blender Shading Tab, some material had their node shading gone. in original file, the complex shading nodes should be here. if these absent, please ask Joel to send direct file immediately!

please ignore the Ghost log on that house roof and ghost canceled water wheel on the center of the scene. Sketchfab do not understand Blender Hide object.
