This small residential house called ” Kádár-kocka”, became a landmark in rural area of Hungary, between 1960 and 1980. It has a square layout, with a tent shape roof. Most of the times, they have to be renovated, in order to keep their original state.

In this case, an old couple asked our firm to create 2D documenations for the local authority. The reason they want architectural plans is to sell the house, which is roughly 50 years old. The Floor plan is 150 m2. The property has a quite big garden and a garage for storage. The wall material is 30 cm thick “masonry block”. The roof slab has timber beams. The basement has reinforced concrete walls and foundation.
