Monument of the association “Städtefreundschaft Deutsch-Wagram - Calheta” on the occasion of the 20 years partnership with Cape Verde. The monument was designed in 2008 by Josef Wurzinger. The association collects donations and supports the people of the small fishing village on the main island of Cape Verde.
