The Russians broke into school number 134 in Kharkiv in late February. The occupiers remained there until the Ukrainian military eliminated them. Before the Russian attack, 640 schoolchildren studied here.

UNESCO has confirmed that in the first three weeks of bombardment the city experienced the loss or damage of at least 27 major historical buildings.
According to the Kharkiv region’s deputy prosecutor, Andrii Kravchenko, at least 1,019 civilians, including 52 children, have been killed and 1,947 others wounded, including 152 children, during hundreds of attacks by Russian forces in the Kharkiv region since late February.
