In courtyard of Kilshane demesne[ (Wedding Venue)]https://www.kilshanehouse.ie/), built into apex of N-gable wall of stables and situated at apex immediately below bellecote. Sheela-na-gig may have been removed from a nearby castle (TS067-039----) c. 900m to SSE or Scelin Castle (TS067-058----) c. 1km to SSW or Kilshane church (TS067-037----) c. 900m to SW. Rectangular block (Wth c. 0.3m; H c. 0.2m) of limestone with upright female figure carved in low relief. Facial features visible on rounded face, torso obscured by oval disc - possibly a shield. The arms are bent towards the vulva, with legs bowed open and feet facing outwards. A fragment of a marriage stone date 166? appears to indicate the stone was taken from a castle (likely Scelin) when the house of Kilshane Demesne
