This is the point cloud file from a FARO X330 scanner / Scene 7.0.

There were four scan positions (one in front of each face of the cairn). The four were processed and cloud-to-cloud aligned in Scene 7.0, then a unified project point cloud was made and exported as .e57.

I imported that into AutoDesk Recap to decimate and inspect. Then I exported this as a .PTS file.

I renamed the .PTS to .TXT and imported it into Meshlab, where I then exported it as a .PLY containing only verticies with colour values.
