The model by @zairiq-123 had some texturing mistakes, so I made my mission and decided to fix those texturing mistakes. So there you go.

You can now use this model. Sadly it has no rigging.

Reportedly: PH-BUE was built by Boeing in 1971, serial number; 20399, line number; 156, model; Boeing 747-206B, registration; PH-BUE. Delivered to KLM in September 1971, named “Rio De La Plata” by KLM. Leased to Air Siam in April 1976 as “HS-VGG”, named “Doi Suthep” by Air Siam. Withdrawn from use in November 1976, returned to KLM in January 1977. Leased to Garuda Indonesia in May 1990, returned to KLM in August 1990, leased to Garuda Indonesia in May 1991, returned to KLM in July 1991, leased to Corsair in December 1992, sold to Corsair in 1995, became F-GLNA, scrapped at Paris Orly in March 2003.
