The Komatsu D85ESS-2 is an angle blade crawler dozer with an operating weight of 21 tons that can be used in various sectors such as construction, mining, and forestry.

This 3D model of the Bulldozer D85ESS was developed specifically for a VR Preventive Maintenance Simulator, with a strong emphasis on technical accuracy, realism, and real-time performance. The asset is intended for training and simulation purposes, allowing users to visually study components, maintenance points, and overall unit structure in an immersive VR environment.

The production process took approximately 3 months, covering the entire pipeline from blockout, high-detail modeling, optimization, texturing, to final integration. Every component was carefully modeled based on the original Operation & Maintenance Manual (OMM) of the actual unit, ensuring that dimensions, part placement, and functional elements are as close to the real machine as possible.
