Kubor of Na Prik, Satun, Thailand3D Model
This pair of sandstone pillar-shaped gravestones (MAHS-THA-STN-KND-KND-S-001-F-0001) is set on a brick platform. Local oral history suggests one pair of grave markers in the enclosure may belong to Admiral Datok Wan Ahmad or his older brother. The Fine Arts Department classifies the markers as Perlis-Satun style, linked to Batu Aceh traditions adapted in northern Kedah and Sai Buri.
This model was produced with data collected in the field by the Maritime Asia Heritage Survey. The MAHS is led by Professor R. Michael Feener at Kyoto University’s Center for Southeast Asian Studies (CSEAS) and funded by Arcadia.
