This model is part of a complete tutorial on the Allegorithmic website (find it here). The goal was to obtain a high fidelity scan for texturing with a simple smartphone!
For this example, we used a Samsung Galaxy S6.
In this Sketchfab project, all maps are uploaded in 4K and the tessellation was done before (from the Height Map).
