This ladybug was made for my movie TUMBLE , This is a recount of my journey into animating a ladybug, a unique and challenging experience. Starting from scratch, I had to thoroughly study ladybugs to create an accurate character rig. Replicating their intricate and surprisingly complex movement was a time-consuming task that required dedication. I used various references, from close-up videos to personal field observations, to refine the animation meticulously over the course of a week, aiming to capture the essence of the ladybug’s motion authentically.
