More model informationThe menhir with sculptured stone steps and hook is a saita gari. It is made for a chieftain or nobleman. On the top of the menhir is a statue of a lasara, a hybrid beast. It symbolizes the nobleman in his highest position. The saita gari is flanked by two behu, each represents the body an ancestor. Next to the saita gari is an osa-osa si tölu högö, a portable and figural stone seat for older chieftains and noblemen. It is dressed into the shape of a three-headed lasara.
