This craft was typical of the reed boats built using the Ambach reed which grows in Lake Beringo Kenya. In the right conditions the thick light reed can grow to 3M or more . Long reeds make the best rafts which have probably been built in this form for more than 1000 years.. Created in RealityCapture from 6 laser scans and 164 images. Images of Rafts in use
