A lakeside mansion modelled for Unreal Engiune, but will work with any game engine or 3D program. It was made to be fairly optimised and uses 2 trim sheets and three other tiled materials. The model was bulit with modoular peices that I made and they are either single sided or some double sided meshes and with a minimal amount of bevel - mainly to keep it optimised as possible.
It has a basic interior, but if you use this for any of your work, you may want to redo the interior. The textures are from polyhaven or texturecan (CC0)
It comes with a garden, garage, boat house and several viewing balconies.
