@2022180472 I hand painted the textures in blender. As for the outline I used a solidify modifier in blender with inverted normal same as in this you tube video.

@Mellow_Days I looked into my blend file, but unfortunately I don't have the neutral pose. Sorry.
I made the model by making a T pose and then posing the model and creating the clothes after applying the new pose and then texturing it.

The art is based on illustration by LAM, and the art made by the artist is pretty unique.
