The “Landhaus” is a large palace-like baroque building from Dresden, Germany. It was built in the late 18th century as the residence of the state assembly, the predecessor of the Saxon State parliament. Nowadays the building houses the city museum.

The building was altered since construction, with wings being added and removed again multiple times. The model represents a fictional version combining multiple of these different states. The main building and the western wing exist are currently, the western wing has been modelled after original plans with a fictonal garden facade. The original ornate garden fence is modelled faithfully, though placed differently relative to the building.

The model has originally been created as a free downloadable community content for the City builder “Cities Skylines 2”, thus adjustments were made for it to fit the scale and level of detail of the game.
