Large iron machine part

A museum exhibit these days, this component of a large machine was used around the middle of the 20th century for drilling and processing rock. The overall height of the scanned part is around 2.5 m. The object was under a canopy, making it quite convenient to scan. Hard to reach areas were limited to the lower parts of the bolts and the apertures down below on the front. Scanning was done using Artec Leo, with good use of the flip screen. Scanning time: approx. 10 minutes Processing time: approx. 20 minutes
