Luxor Temple, Hall of Offerings, LE VIII
LE VIII is the east wall of the Hall of Offerings, in Luxor Temple. It consists of 4 registers (including upper frieze motifs) and has a total of 19 scenes.
In 2018, artist Jay Heidel from the Epigraphic Survey started detailed epigraphic documenation of the East Wall of the Hall of Offerings using a completely digital approach. These two models show the bottom two registers and are evaluative trials joining 8 scenes for publishing in both traditional 2D (Book) & 3D formats. The underlying model and textures, (photo and drawing), are in progress.
