Low poly hero asset for games. I Started modeling a base mesh for the high poly inside MODO, then imported into zbrush where I fixed proportions and sculpted secundary forms (like wrinkles and folds). The pillow and blanket were simulated in Marvelous designer and sculpted in zbrush. After that, I exported the highest level and lowest level and created the low poly version by optimizing the polygon count. Uv’s were done using a combination of MODO’s and maya tools to avoid texture deformation as much as posible and to save texture space. I decided to make one Uv sheet for the chair and other one for the blanket and pillow, so that the chair can be reused later on future projects. The baking process was done inside Xnormal and the texturing in photoshop, using toolbag as previwer to check the shading.
