A modern plaster cast of lintel 24 from House G. The image depicts Bird Jaguar holding a fire-staff (flaming torch) while Lady K’abal Xook threads a rope of thorns through her tongue into an offering basket with blood-stained paper. The inscription reads: ‘[the day] 5 Eb [9.13.17.15.12, October 28, AD 709], it is her image while creating under the fire-staff he creates, the 4 the 4 K’atun lord Shield Jaguar, he is the captor of Aj Nik, Holy Lord of Yaxchilan, it is her image while creating Lady Ch’ak Kaban, Lady K’abal Xook, Lady Kaloomte’.
