More model informationPavement of porphyritic monzogranite exposed on the eastern end of Logue Brook Dam, Western Australia, containing aligned euhedral K-feldspar phenocrysts up to 7 cm long defining a well-developed, subvertical, north-trending magmatic foliation. The magmatic fabric is cut by two sets of possibly conjugate discrete anastomosing mylonite zones, one gently to moderately southeast-dipping and one steeply west-dipping. Six builder squares 60 x 40 cm were placed horizontally across the outcrop for scale and orientation, the red end indicates north.
