The site is situated on the lands of Carie Farm on the N bank of Loch Tay, 1km SSE of Carie farmhouse & some 250m from the shore of the loch in the far SE corner of the estate.
The original 2007 record for this rock stated that there were 5 small cupmarks. I exposed this section of the rock which is normally under turf and found this area, which has 10 cup marks, one of which has a long groove running downslope, westwards from it. A further groove connects three cupmarks further up the rock and runs off to the S.
