Low polygon city buildings. All models are separate and have pivot on buttom corner. Buildings share same atlas texture. Average polygon count per building 23.

Textures:

Base Color, Metallic, Roughness, Specular, Normal, AO

All objects have two uv Channels. 1st UV Channel is Atlas Texture and 2nd UV Channel is for lightmap, good for Unreal or Unity.
