The M69 is an non-fragmentation grenade meant to help new recruits get used to handling and operating the M67 fragmentation grenade. This is due to the fact that the M69 body is reusable and you can see that on the model, being the most rough part of the grenade. They are able to be identified by the hole in the bottom, non-hardened welding seam and the obvious visual indicators. It is also important to mention that this grenade uses a different fuze (M228) in comparison with the M67 (M213).

The textures are 4k and it’s a SubD model, however the model is low poly enough to be use in a real-time scenario so use it as you wish.
