This is a photogrammetry test from Mackenzie King Estate in Gatineau Park (http://ncc-ccn.gc.ca/places-to-visit/gatineau-park/mackenzie-king-estate).
The stones of these ruins from the Centre Block of Parliament following the 1916 fire of Canada’s first Parliament Buildings.
Photos were taken on a Nikon D5300 DSLR with a AF-S DX NIKKOR 18-55mm f/3.5-5.6G VR II lens. Unfortunatly the sun was out.
Photogrammetry was done in Bentley Context Capture as one object with texturing (9 .JPG files) and exported directly from Context Capture without further touchup.
I’ll try with additional ruins on better, cloudy days, as well as combining laser scanning with the photogrammetry, and creating one texture with a watertight mesh.
There were trees and folliage around the backside and top of this ruin, making it difficult to get good camera positions.
