According to legend, chefs in the British Hong Kong period tried to imitate a sponge cake in British Malaya, but they couldn’t find the common spot cake in the local area. Orchid leaves, so I modified the recipe and successfully made a golden color. It is now considered an ancient cake in Hong Kong
