Speculative organ using René Thom’s morphogenesis model and a feather duster used to clean the dust off of solar panels powering near future closed ecospheres as we face reoccurring health and ecological crisis.
The being is both an infrastructure and an organ that is pushed outside the technological vessel’s protection yet still works for it. However the same classifications placed onto it can provide space to clog and disrupt the system by utilizing different forms of sensual and bodily efficiency such as idleness.
