Marcus Aurelius

3D Model

This is a piece I constructed for Ryan Holiday. It is comprised of 3 parts, a scan of Aurelius’s head by Todd Blatt and qualified by myself, the body from Portrait of a Roman Man (possibly Caracalla) and the base is from a scan of a bust of Alexander the Great. I combined and sculpted those elements together to create something new, something that’s never existed before but looks of antiquity.
