The Archaeological Park of Iuvanum is an important ancient site located in the municipality of Montenerodomo, in the Abruzzo region of central Italy. Perched on a plateau at approximately 800 meters above sea lev-el, Iuvanum offers panoramic views of the surrounding Maiella moun-tains and preserves the remnants of a significant Italic and Roman set-tlement. The theatre, also of Samnite construction, is located below the temple area. Not far away we find the foundations of an imposing building, excavated in recent years, probably used for thermal activities.
