奈良県橿原市白橿町にある石造物。貝吹山の東峯、岩船山の頂上付近にある。 東西約11メートル、南北約8メートル、高さ約4.7メートルの花崗岩。上部には一辺約1.6メートル、深さ約1.2メートルの孔があけられている。 横口式石槨の製作途中で放置されたする説などがある。 奈良県指定史跡。
“Masuda - Iwafune” is a stone structure located in Shirakashi-cho, Kashihara city in Nara prefecture. It is near the top of the Iwafuneyama Mountain, the eastern side of the Kaibukiyama Mountain. It is a granite structure measuring about 11m east to west, 8m north to south, and 4.7m high. There are two holes on its top, which are about 1.6m on each side and about 1.2m deep. It is said that a stone burial chamber was abandoned in the middle of construction. It is designated as a historic site by Nara Prefecture.
