You are free to use this model in any way - no need to ask. I have kept the file size as small as possible - 1.7k verts and x4 textures and optional opacity map.

The model is based on Castle Acre Priory, Norfolk, UK. I visited the remains in June 2025 to take reference photos. If you look on Google Earth you can see the outline of the Priory and outbuildings. The model was made using Zbrush for Ipad and textures added on my PC using Substance Painter. Windows and doors are photos I took as reference whilst visiting other abbeys in the UK.

Castle Acre Priory was established in the last years of the 11th Century by the powerful Earl of Surrey - William de Warenne II.
